Adept Billing Company offers a variety of pricing structures to best fit your practice and needs.

If you don't see exactly what you are seeking, we will collaborate to come up with a solution that fits your requirements.  

1. Percentage-based fee structure

   • Flat monthly fee of $50 to cover account maintenance and administrative tasks

   • 5% of cash claims received

   • 7% of insurance claims received (this will include any amount transferred to the patient's responsibility after insurance has processed and paid)

   • 11% of personal injury and L&I claims received

   • These percentages are based solely on claims revenue received, not billed

   • Best for practices who are seeking full revenue-cycle management services, or those who want the luxury of connecting without being billed for every minute

   • Based on specific need and time commitment
